Replacement Policy: South Shore Designs will replace only those items damaged during shipping.
Return Policy: Because these messages are custom-made for each client, the following cancellation policy applies:
- If you cancel your order prior to production, you are entitled to a full refund.
- If you cancel your order after production, 50% of the cost will be refunded.
